How to use this tool

Before you start

Purpose

A quick, directional read on how many months of cash runway you have left — and what to do about it in the next 90 days.

What to input

Your current cash balance, monthly fixed and variable expenses, current monthly revenue, and whether you expect revenue to stay flat, grow, or decline.

Where to find the numbers

Cash on hand: your bank balance today. Expenses and revenue: your most recent full month from your bookkeeping or P&L. When in doubt, use trailing-30-day actuals, not projections.

What to expect

Every number recalculates instantly as you type. The Dashboard sets your status and triggers; the 90-Day Action Plan and Founder Summary tabs update with it automatically.

For educational purposes only. This tool is a directional estimate, not financial, tax, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for a full Business Health Assessment.
